Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to exchange an item:

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition.
• Original tags must remain attached to the product.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be exchanged.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:

• Refunds can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition with the tag attached.
• Delivery fees (2 KD) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
